A little something about life

Life is not about to start, it will not start. Don't wait for it to start...it started before you started waiting. You must have heard, 'I'm just killing time.' In reality, time is actually killing you. Myles Munroe said, we become what we buy with our time: because time is currency, you become what you exchange it for. So, stop waiting…start living. Don't wait for 'perfect' situations before you make that move, or take that decision, because situations will NEVER be perfect. Choose to be happy, no matter what.

Even in a painful situation, look objectively and you will see many things - in that situation - to be happy about. Happiness is not a destination, it's a journey...consciously decide that there is no better time, than right now, to be happy. You slipped and lost a tooth? Laugh about the wide gap in your mouth when you smile now. There's always something hilarious and good, about a bad situation. ALWAYS. Just look.

Don't wait until you: finish school, go back to school, lose ten pounds, gain ten pounds, have kids, have your children leave the house, start work, retire, get married, reach Friday night or Sunday morning, get a new car or home, pay off your car or home loan. Don't even wait till your song comes on, sober up and dance, because time isn't waiting for you. Tick says the clock, tick, tick, what you have to do, do quick. Have a great WEEKEND!
